Project for the construction of a new contemporary terrace of 3 houses to replace a detached dwelling on a large plot in Bar Hill, Cambridge. The modern design is focused on sustainable living and the following strategies have been incorporated; air source heat pumps for heating, PV panels for electricity, vehicle electric points, sedum green roofs, energy efficient construction to minimize heat loss, cycle storage for bikes, rainwater harvesting within rear gardens and ecological enhancements in the form of bat and bird boxes with a variety of trees and bushes to attractive wildlife.
