This new build home is one of the largest which Cameron Bosque have designed for a "Self Builder" at an impressive 800m2. The dwelling is located in Hemingford Abbots, Cambridgeshire and required gaining planning permission within a Conservation Area, therefore the design had to be sympathetic to its surrounds, but at the same time meet the Client's desire for a large grand high-end home with modern and contemporary features. The style was based around a symmetrical double gable form using a mix of traditional materials, but yet constructed in a modern way. The home features an entertainment basement level which offers a home cinema, pool table and bar area. One the ground floor a grand staircase, his and hers study, gym, snug and large open plan kitchen, living area with feature sunken lounge tv area. On the first floor 5 large bedrooms all with en-suites and vaulted ceilings.
