New four bed dwelling located in South Cambridge. The "Self Builder" wanted to have a very contemporary home and to take advantage of the relatively small plot the first floors where designed to overhang the ground floor. The ground level was finished in a dark grey brick and on the first floor lighter white render and vertical Siberian larch cladding to give the effect that the first floor is floating.
