We have submitted a planning application to build a large 5 bed home set in a Conservation Area. The design is based on a traditional and contemporary mix of styles. The central focus is on two large chimneys to the front facade which will contain bat and bird boxes helping to enhance the ecological impact of the development.
Contemporary Grade II listed extension
We have recently submitted for planning permission and listed building consents to construct a modern steel and glass extension to this important heritage building. The design has been carefully considered to ensure the historic building is as visible as possible from the rear garden.
Old Cottage Development

We are currently working on a new commercial development for a diversification of a farm to create a new build barn style cycle café and dog daycare centre as well as a Bed and Breakfast hotel from an old stable block. The project when complete will be an amazing public venue for hundreds of dog walkers and cyclists.
We have designed an amazing waterfront home which responds to its river setting and the traditional architecture of the area. The 5 bed home offers many double height spaces with a feature timber clad balcony overlooking the river.
Loft and Ground Floor Extension
We have successfully completed this extension project to a semi detached home. The extensions have added an extra bedroom and created a new open plan kitchen-diner with vaulted ceilings. The exterior is finished in charred timber cladding and contrasting render.

New 4 Bed

New 3 Bed
Currently under construction is a contemporary 3 bed dwelling which will be finished externally in a mix of render, timber cladding and slate tiles with aluminum window detailing. The interiors will be in a modern minimal style by using white finishes contrasted with timber and metal to give the interiors a strong sense of materiality.
Conversion of Old School
We are currently converting an old school from 1906 to create a large entertainment space, 3 additional bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite. The spaces will be very generous with high vaulted ceilings and double height spaces.
Timber Oak Frame Extension
We have designed a beautiful oak frame extension to a listed countryside building. The extension will be used for dining and entertaining purposes. A lot of glass has been used between the oak frames to make it light, spacious and enhance the views to the large garden areas.
