Grade II listed Mews House
We are half way through construction on the Mews House in East London. The development will create an amazing 3 bed historic home with a new terrace overlooking Canary Wharf.

New Build with Ecological Chimneys
We have submitted a planning application to build a large 5 bed home set in a Conservation Area. The design is based on a traditional and contemporary mix of styles. The central focus is on two large chimneys to the front facade which will contain bat and bird boxes helping to enhance the ecological impact of the development.
Contemporary Grade II listed extension
We have recently submitted for planning permission and listed building consents to construct a modern steel and glass extension to this important heritage building. The design has been carefully considered to ensure the historic building is as visible as possible from the rear garden.

Old Cottage Development
We are about to submit a planning application to extend and develop this beautiful 4 bed old cottage which has uncompromised views across the countryside to create a larger kitchen, additional bedroom, en-suite and alongside this a new garage and carport
Farm
Diversification
We are currently working on a new commercial development for a diversification of a farm to create a new build barn style cycle café and dog daycare centre as well as a Bed and Breakfast hotel from an old stable block. The project when complete will be an amazing public venue for hundreds of dog walkers and cyclists.

New Build
We have designed an amazing waterfront home which responds to its river setting and the traditional architecture of the area. The 5 bed home offers many double height spaces with a feature timber clad balcony overlooking the river.

Loft and Ground Floor Extension
We have successfully completed this extension project to a semi detached home. The extensions have added an extra bedroom and created a new open plan kitchen-diner with vaulted ceilings. The exterior is finished in charred timber cladding and contrasting render.

Grade II listed detached Property
We have recently been appointed to design a new oak frame extension to this grade II listed property. Cameron Bosque continue to take on many projects developing listed and historic buildings as it is a specialty of the company.

New 4 Bed
Eco-House
Currently at the pre-planning stage, we have been asked to design an eco-house which is to be sustainable, environmentally friendly and will meet the needs of 21st century open plan modern living. The building will be in dark grey bricks, western red cedar cladding and white render.

Dwelling
Planning permission has been submitted for a new dwelling which will be clad in painted black timber cladding to contrast the brick, stone and clay tiles. The appearance is mainly traditional with a few contemporary details.

New 3 Bed
Dwelling
Currently under construction is a contemporary 3 bed dwelling which will be finished externally in a mix of render, timber cladding and slate tiles with aluminum window detailing. The interiors will be in a modern minimal style by using white finishes contrasted with timber and metal to give the interiors a strong sense of materiality.

Conversion of Old School
We are currently converting an old school from 1906 to create a large entertainment space, 3 additional bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite. The spaces will be very generous with high vaulted ceilings and double height spaces.

Timber Oak Frame Extension
We have designed a beautiful oak frame extension to a listed countryside building. The extension will be used for dining and entertaining purposes. A lot of glass has been used between the oak frames to make it light, spacious and enhance the views to the large garden areas.
